1. What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy covers both betsledger.com (this marketing site) and app.betsledger.com (the diagnosis product). BetsLedger is a single product across two domains, and both link back to this page rather than duplicating it.
2. What data we collect
Public wallet addresses. When you paste a wallet address to run a diagnosis, we read publicly available on-chain activity for that address. We never ask for a seed phrase, private key, exchange login, or casino password, and we never connect to your wallet or move funds.
Optionally uploaded CSV betting history. If you upload a CSV of betting history for a more detailed diagnosis, that file is used to generate your report. Do not upload files containing passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or unrelated personal data.
Optionally an email address for Wallet Watch. If you opt into Wallet Watch, we collect an email address so we can send you alerts about the wallet you asked us to monitor.
Basic technical data. Like most sites, we collect standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and debugging.
3. How we use this data
Wallet addresses and CSV uploads are used to generate your behavioral diagnosis: Leak Score, betting personality, detected patterns, and warning flags.
Email addresses collected for Wallet Watch are used only to send the alerts you signed up for.
We do not sell wallet addresses, CSV uploads, or email addresses. We do not use this data to place bets, offer picks, or generate profit projections — BetsLedger is a diagnosis tool, not a betting service.
4. How long we retain data
Wallet addresses and the resulting diagnosis are retained so your report remains accessible if you return to it or share it.
Uploaded CSV files are retained only as long as needed to generate and serve your report, and are not sold or shared with third parties.
Email addresses collected for Wallet Watch are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
5. Saved and shared reports are public by default
If you save or share a diagnosis report link, that link is publicly viewable by anyone who has it — there is no login wall on a shared report. Do not create or share a public report link if you want your diagnosis to stay private.
6. Your choices
Because diagnosis is based on public wallet data, there is no account or login to manage. If you opted into Wallet Watch and want to stop receiving alerts or want an email address removed, contact us using the details below.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that materially affects how your data is handled, we will update this page. Continued use of betsledger.com or app.betsledger.com after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Privacy FAQ
What data does BetsLedger actually use?
A public wallet address you paste in, and optionally a CSV of betting history you upload, or an email address if you opt into Wallet Watch. That’s the full list — nothing else is required to run a diagnosis.
How long is my data kept?
A wallet address and its resulting report are kept so the report stays accessible. An uploaded CSV is kept only as long as it takes to generate your report. A Wallet Watch email is kept until you unsubscribe.
How do I request my data be deleted?
Email privacy@betsledger.com. We can remove a Wallet Watch email address and a saved report on request. Public on-chain wallet activity itself lives on the blockchain, not with us, so it can’t be "deleted" — only our copy of the resulting report can.
Is my diagnosis report private?
Not automatically. If you save or share a report link, anyone with that link can view it — there’s no login wall. Don’t create or share a public report link if you want the diagnosis to stay private.
Does BetsLedger ever ask for my seed phrase or private key?
No, never, on either betsledger.com or app.betsledger.com. Diagnosis is built entirely on public wallet data and read-only signals — BetsLedger cannot move funds or connect to your wallet.
