The plain-language rules of using BetsLedger.

These Terms of Use apply to both betsledger.com (this marketing site) and app.betsledger.com (the diagnosis product), together referred to as "BetsLedger." By using either site, you agree to these terms.

BetsLedger is a behavioral diagnosis tool for crypto gambling activity. It reads public wallet data and, optionally, uploaded betting-history CSVs, and returns a structured summary — a Leak Score, detected patterns, and plain-English warning cards.

BetsLedger is diagnosis, not betting advice. It does not place bets, recommend picks, guarantee outcomes, or promise profit of any kind.

Nothing on betsledger.com or app.betsledger.com is financial advice, investment advice, or betting advice. BetsLedger is for behavioral awareness and self-audit only. Decisions you make about gambling, wagering, or your finances are entirely your own responsibility.

Diagnosis reports are generated from public on-chain data and, where provided, uploaded betting history. This data can be incomplete, delayed, or mislabeled by the source platforms themselves. BetsLedger labels every figure as verified, estimated, or not observable, but makes no warranty — express or implied — that any report is complete, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

BetsLedger is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

BetsLedger never asks for a seed phrase, private key, exchange login, or casino password, and never connects to your wallet or moves funds. All wallet analysis is read-only and based on publicly available data.

If you save or share a diagnosis report, the resulting link is publicly viewable by anyone who has it. You are responsible for deciding whether to create or share a public report link.

You agree not to use BetsLedger to harass or defame another person via a shared report, to upload files containing data you do not have the right to share, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetsLedger and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on a diagnosis report, including gambling losses.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of betsledger.com or app.betsledger.com after a change means you accept the updated terms.
